Responsible AI Roadmap

A staged plan for meeting new AI rules while scaling capability.

Introduction

Through the ALIGNER Horizon 2020 project (Grant 101020574) partners produced a phased roadmap that converts upcoming EU AI legislation into timed and costed actions. Workshop insights from law enforcement, industry and civil society pinpoint capability gaps, set clear checkpoints and attach indicative budgets, giving leaders a direct route from policy text to daily operations.

AI ORA’s contribution

We led the technology watch and roadmap streams, turning policy reviews and front line interviews into a sequence that any organisation can map to ISO 9001 processes. By chairing practitioner and multidisciplinary advisory boards we ensured each milestone was tested against real constraints.
