Mihai Namolosanu is a technology consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise software across telecom, retail, finance, and consumer goods. As founder of NetSun / Berta.tech, he led delivery of a global merchandising platform for Mars/Wrigley across 70+ countries, high-throughput SMS systems (1M+ messages/hour), and lead management solutions for Telekom in four European markets.
Previously, Mihai progressed from software developer to Portfolio Manager at Connex/Vodafone Romania. Across 100+ projects, he has partnered with clients including Orange, EOS Group, Lindab, and the EU Horizon 2020 WARIFA initiative.
Mihai now focuses on helping organisations adopt AI responsibly. He is a PECB Certified ISO 42001 Lead Auditor, bringing a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach to AI readiness assessments, architecture audits, and governance frameworks.
