Elizabeth Marsh is a digital-workplace specialist with more than 20 years of experience. Her consulting and research cover digital-workplace strategy, communication and collaboration, the future of work, digital dexterity and AI readiness, and employee well-being in online environments.
She co-authored The Digital Renaissance of Work (2014), shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year 2015, and produced the Digital Workplace Skills Framework report in 2018. Now in the final stages of an ESRC-funded PhD in “Digital Society” at the University of Nottingham, Elizabeth has published peer-reviewed studies on the “dark side” of technology and ways to enhance digital worker well-being.
Alongside her academic pursuits she has led numerous research projects on topics such as generative AI in the workplace, measuring digital-workplace impact, promoting digital inclusivity, and increasing employee engagement in digital settings.
