Dr Cesar Pantoja is a research-minded engineering leader focused on autonomous assistants and production AI. He is the founding engineer at AskGina.ai, where he architected an agentic crypto wallet and fine-tuned an 8B LLM to route user intents to specialised agents; he also leads mivisa.ai, an LLM-powered visa assistant.
Previously at Coinbase, Cesar led high-impact backend initiatives—including scalable ERC-20/NFT onboarding, Apple Pay/Google Pay integrations across Europe, and a rapid rollout of Confirmation of Payee in the UK. Earlier, he was a founding engineer at TokenAnalyst (acquired by Coinbase). Cesar holds a PhD from Queen Mary University of London on semantic reasoning and the Transferable Belief Model, and he brings a pragmatic approach to uncertainty, evaluation, and safety in LLM systems. He is based in London.
